Our divine calling
እግዚአብሔር በዘላለም ፍቅሩ ወደደን፡፡ ራሱ ጌታችንና አምላካችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስም እኛን ሊፈልግና ሊያገኘን ሰው ሆኖ ወደ ምድር መጣ፡፡ ታየ ተዳሰሰ፡፡ በመጨረሻም በመስቀል ላይ ሞቶ እዳችንን ከከፈለ በኋላ በትንሳኤው ከእርሱ ጋር በማስነሳት አከበረን፡፡ ሕይወቱንም በመስጠት ልጆቹ ቤተሰቡ አደረገን፡፡ ይህንን ሰማያዊ ሕይወት በማግኘታችን ድሮ እርስ በርሳችን ጠላቶች ከእግዚአብሔርም ጋር ጠላቶች የነበርነው የሰው ልጆች አሁን ወደ እርሱ ኅብረት ገባን፡፡ አሁን በክርስቶስ ሕይወት ምክንያት እርስ በርሳችንንና ከስሉስ ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔር ጋር ሕብረት አለን፡፡ እናንተም ይህን የዘላለም ሕይወት አግኝታችሁ ከኛ ጋር ሕብረት እንዲኖራችሁ እንመሰክራለን፡፡ ሕብረታችንም ከአባት ከልጁም ከኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ጋር ነው፡፡
“ስለ ሕይወት ቃል ከመጀመሪያው የነበረውንና የሰማነውን በዓይኖቻችንም ያየነውን የተመለከትነውንም እጆቻችንም የዳሰሱትን እናወራለን፤ ሕይወትም ተገለጠ አይተንማል እንመሰክርማለን፥ ከአብ ዘንድ የነበረውንም ለእኛም የተገለጠውን የዘላለምን ሕይወት እናወራላችኋለን፤ እናንተ ደግሞ ከእኛ ጋር ኅብረት እንዲኖራችሁ ያየነውንና የሰማነውን ለእናንተ ደግሞ እናወራላችኋለን። ኅብረታችንም ከአባት ጋር ከልጁም ከኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ጋር ነው።” 1ኛ የዮሐንስ መልእክት 1:1-3
God loved us with His everlasting love. Our Lord and God, Jesus Christ Himself, came to earth as a man to seek and find us. He was seen and touched. Finally, after dying on the cross and paying our debt, He honored us by raising us with Him in His resurrection. By giving His life, He made us His children and His family. Through obtaining this heavenly life, we, who were formerly enemies among ourselves and enemies with God, have now entered into His fellowship. Now, because of the life of Christ, we have fellowship with one another and with the Triune Holy God. We testify that you too may receive this eternal life and have fellowship with us. Our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ.
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.” — 1 John 1:1-3

ሰዎች ሁሉ ከጨለማ ወደ ብርሃን ይመጡ ዘንድ ክርስቶስን እንሰብካለን፡፡ክርስትና በመዳን ጀምሮ በመዳን እንደማይጨርስ ይልቅስ በእግዚአብሔር ልብ ከመታሰብ ወደ መጠራት ከመጠራት ወደ መጽደቅ ከመጽድቅ ወደ ክብር የሚያድግ ህይወት እንደሆነ በመረዳታችን እጅግ አስደናቂ ወደሆነ የአካሉ ሕይወት ገብተን በዚያ እንኖራለን፡፡ ክርስትና ማለት ከዘላለም ፍርድ መዳን ብቻ ለሚመስላቸው ወይም ሲሞቱ ወደ መንገሥተ ሰማያት መሄድ ለሚመስላቸው እንደ እኛ እውነተኛውን ወንጌል ተረድተው የመጀመሪያው ዘመን ክርስቲያኖችን ፈለግ በመከተል አንዱን የክርስቶስን ህይወት በማግኘትና በመንፈሱ በመሞላት ወደሚገኘው ፍጹም አንድነት እንዲደርሱ በየዕለቱ እንደ ሕያዋን ድንጋዮች ወደ ሕያው ድንጋይ ወደ ክርስቶስ እየቀረቡ በእርሱ የመሠረት ድንጋይነት ተመሥርተው በእርሱ የማእዘን ድንጋይነት እየተጋጠሙ የእግዚአብሔር መኖሪያ ለመሆን አብረው እንዲሰሩ በአገልግሎታችን እንተጋለን፡፡ በመጨረሻም ሁላችንም አንድ አካል ሆነን በመሠራት እንደ ንጽሕት ድንግል ለክርስቶስ ተዘጋጅተን በሠርጉ ቀን ከርሱ ጋር እንገለጣለን፡፡
We preach the true gospel so that all people may believe in Christ Jesus and receive eternal life. However, our ministry does not end there. Rather, understanding that Christianity is a life that grows from being thought of in God’s heart, to being called, to being justified, and from justification to glory, we enter into the astonishing life of His body and live there. For those who think that Christianity is merely salvation from eternal judgment or going to the kingdom of heaven when they die, we strive in our ministry to help them understand the true gospel as we do, and by following in the footsteps of the early Christians, to attain the perfect unity that comes from receiving the one life of Christ and being filled with His Spirit. We work daily as living stones, drawing near to Christ, the living stone, founded on Him as the cornerstone, being fitted together by Him as the capstone, to become a dwelling place for God. Finally, we will all be built together as one body, prepared for Christ as a pure virgin, and revealed with Him on the wedding day.
