Privacy policy

This policy explains how Yeslase Mahber (“we”, “us”) handles information on https://yeslasemahber.com (the “Site”). The English text below is the official version.

What we collect

• Contact messages: your name, email address and message when you write to us.
• Membership: your name, email address and a short note if you ask to join. For approved members we keep the email address, name and the time of the last sign-in. We do not use passwords: sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, and a cookie keeps you signed in on your own device for up to 30 days.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details. We keep only a scrambled (one-way) version of your IP address for a short time to limit spam on our forms.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

To answer your messages, to approve and run the members area, to send you the sign-in codes you ask for, and to protect the Site from abuse.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage and bot protection), Brevo (sending email) and, if you give online, Stripe (payments). A gift opens a secure page hosted by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. These providers handle information only to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep messages and member records for as long as needed for the ministry. To see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the members area, write to contact@yeslasemahber.com.

Children

The members area and forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
